During her 4 years of direct service with youth and behavioral challenges, Justine has worked with numerous families and students through their struggles. Before joining the Stratas Consulting Group team, she worked as a Team Lead at an after school program geared towards mentoring students with academic and behavioral challenges after being a mentor with the program since its pilot year. 

Justine also brings to the team her 9 years of experience working in the community as a volunteer, public speaker, and advocate. Through these opportunities, she gained knowledge about working with diverse populations, managing and organizing teams and events, and interpersonal communication skills.

As our Office Administrator, Justine manages all billing, scheduling, and initial communication with families and providers.
